A leading hospitality group in the UK is seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join their team. Salary: £33,469.20 per annum OTE
HOURS: 45 Hours - Weekend flexibility required

With 13 beautifully appointed rooms and visually stunning food with vibrant organic seasonal ingredients from Daylesford Farm, The Bell combines comforting dishes with culinary flair. Deeply rooted in the community, it regularly hosts events and workshops in collaboration with local organisations.
Under the guidance of Nathan Walker-Unwin—an integral figure in the opening of two acclaimed Daylesford pubs—the Bell fosters a culture where every team member is valued and every guest is welcomed like family.
The on target earning potential for this role is £33,469.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike.

About gratuities & service charge: Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
