Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join our pubs. You'll be the face of our venues, delivering great drinks and service, taking orders, upselling food and drinks, and helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

We're open to newcomers and provide training to help you grow. You'll enjoy flexible part-time hours, a supportive team, staff discounts, meal deals, and opportunities to progress within our pub network.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 to serve alcohol.
• Experience not required; training provided.
• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests, upsell food and drinks.
• Provide brilliant customer service and help maintain a vibrant pub atmosphere.
