Marston’s is seeking a Bartender in Mansfield to join our Bar and Waiting team. You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving drinks, and upselling food to create memorable guest experiences.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an experienced pro, you’ll gain people, marketing and operational skills while earning a reliable hours contract. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit your life.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; hospitality-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to upsell
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required
