Marston’s is seeking a Bartender to join our pub team. You’ll be at the heart of the experience, taking orders, serving drinks and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll gain customer service, team-working and operational skills while earning a wage and enjoying real career progression within a busy pub group.

Applicants must be 18+ due to licensing laws. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit around studies or other commitments, with a supportive training

Qualifications

• Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to alcohol legislation.
• Experience in hospitality is not required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and upsell food and drinks.

• Support the wider team as needed.
