Job summary

Din Tai Fung UK is hiring a Bartender to support our bar team and ensure smooth service at a fast-paced venue in London. You will prepare drinks, maintain a clean bar, build rapport with guests, and help train new staff to keep operations running smoothly.

We value friendly, outgoing individuals with a passion for mixology and exceptional guest experiences. Availability for full-time hours, including weekends and late shifts, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or front-of-house roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, organised bar area, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service.
• Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with guests and delivering a top-tier drinking experience.
• Follow drink recipes and ensure consistency in drink preparation.
• Assist in training new staff and work closely with the team to keep the bar running smoothly.
