Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe London is seeking a Bartender to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from the bar. You will make drinks to spec recipes, demonstrate responsible alcohol service, and handle payments using a POS system while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

Responsibilities include servicing guests, stocking and labeling items, and contributing to a lively, high-energy atmosphere that reflects Hard Rock’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or food-and-beverage service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks to spec recipes and demonstrate responsible alcohol service.
• Serve food and handle cash & other forms of payment; use a POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and assist with opening/closing duties.
