KOL, part of the MJMK Restaurants group, is seeking a skilled Bartender in London. Join a high-volume, quality-focused team delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bartender role within a quality-focused, high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Able to consistently follow recipes and maintain drink presentation and standards.
• Confident in managing prep for bar service, including garnishes, syrups, and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and maintain drink presentation and standards during service.
• Take accurate drink orders, process transactions, and manage tabs/bills with precision.
• Work with kitchen, floor, and door teams to ensure seamless service.
• Train and support team members on drink offerings and best practices.
