Responsibilities
  • Service - prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to an agreed specification. To prepare speciality coffees and other hot drinks. Interact with customers, take orders, mix drinks and offer snacks
  • Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to passenger needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
  • Teamwork - collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment
  • Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
  • Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Flexibility - follow our rotating shift pattern. A combination of early and late, 8 hour shifts, ranging between lounge opening times of 04:30 and 22:30. We work together as a team to lead by example, protecting the planet and supporting communities.

Qualifications
  • Have a contagious passion for service and/or food
