Marston's PLC is hiring a Bartender to join our friendly pub team. You’ll take orders, serve drinks and food, upsell where you can, and deliver brilliant customer service in a lively setting.

Whether you’re experienced or new to hospitality, you’ll learn on the job and have opportunities to progress. We offer flexible and part-time hours and a supportive culture with real benefits and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred.
• Good communication and a friendly manner.
• Ability to upsell and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks and food.
• Upsell menu items to guests.
• Provide brilliant customer service at all times.
• Support the wider bar and waiting team as needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while paid.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. Whether you're an expert now or you're just starting out, we're here to help you become your absolute best. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll:

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
• Be encouraged to progress in your role whilst achieving a long-term career (if that's what you're after)
