An excellent chance for a seasoned barman to become a member of our company

The multi-award-winning restaurant OPSO, which is situated in the centre of Marylebone, honours the spirit of contemporary Greek culture via its food, wines, and modern décor. OPSO has been reinventing Greek dining in London for more than 12 years by fusing creativity and tradition. To guarantee a wonderful dining experience, our committed front of house staff greets guests every day for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends.

We take great satisfaction in locating premium Greek and foreign spirits to craft inventive concoctions in addition to the traditional ones. Our wine selection includes 80–100 labels that honour the best Greek winemaking styles as well as exceptional international labels.
