Job summary

Break The Fast London is seeking a confident Bartender/Barista to join our growing team. This full-time role covers busy brunch service and expanding evenings, delivering excellent coffee by day and standout drinks by night.

You’ll craft espresso-based beverages, create latte art, and provide warm, friendly service that enhances the brand’s brunch-focused atmosphere. Weekend availability is preferred, with competitive salary and staff meals included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender/Barista.
• Strong coffee skills (espresso, milk texturing, latte art).
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks) with consistency.
• Create latte art (heart/tulip minimum standard).
• Serve cocktails, soft drinks, and brunch beverages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a great atmosphere.
• Manage bar setup, stock, and cleanliness.
• Support opening and closing procedures.

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender / Barista to join our growing team at Break The Fast London. With a strong brunch focus and expanding evening service, this role is perfect for someone who can deliver exceptional coffee by day and great drinks by night.

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time (including weekends)

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks) with consistency
• Creating latte art (heart/tulip minimum standard)
• Serving cocktails, soft drinks, and brunch beverages
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a great atmosphere
• Managing bar setup, stock, and cleanliness
• Supporting opening and closing procedures

What we’re looking for

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
