• Collaborate with floor staff, provide friendly and attentive service, engage with patrons to understand their preferences, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle situations with grace and efficiency, ensuring prompt service without compromising quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work with the service team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Engage guests with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and creating a personalized experience.
• Facilitate a lively and interactive atmosphere, contributing to an exceptional ambiance.
• Provide detailed descriptions of cocktails, including their history and unique features.
• Take and accurately record drink orders with clarity and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with bar staff to expedite drink preparation and delivery.
• Handle special requests, such as custom cocktails or non-alcoholic alternatives, with creativity and efficiency.
• Showcase deep knowledge of cocktail ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation styles.
• Understand how we craft our cocktails and discuss our processes with guests.
• Create and offer a variety of cocktails, including off-menu options based on guest requests.
• Contribute ideas for new menus, specials, and promotions.
• Perform captivating and skilful tableside service when applicable.
• Present and describe each cocktail with flair to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor and manage drink levels at tables, proactively offering refills and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccably set and clean tables with attention to presentation.
• Contribute to a visually appealing and comfortable ambiance in bar and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the wider service team to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable atmosphere.
