Job summary

The Barley Mow in Mayfair, part of Cubitt House, is hiring a Bartender. This AM shift runs Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm, with duties including bar setup, deliveries, and crafting drinks while delivering warm, engaging service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a quality hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.

• BoH and cellar management experience preferred.

Bartender - £15-17/hour OTE (including Tronc)

We’re looking for a Bartender to join the vibrant team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs, The Barley Mow, Mayfair. As an AM Bartender, you will enjoy a set Monday to Friday set pattern of 7am until 4pm. In this time, you will set up the bar, take in deliveries, and carry out reasonable bartending tasks like crafting exceptional drinks while delivering warm, engaging service to every guest. From perfectly poured pints to elegant cocktails, you’ll showcase your skill, passion, and personality behind the bar—helping to make every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve a wide range of drinks—from timeless classics to innovative cocktails, premium wines, and craft beers.
• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Work closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Skills & Experience
