Job summary

Flight Club in Oxford is seeking a dynamic Bartender who thrives in high-energy venues, loves crafting signature cocktails, and fuels great guest experiences.

You’ll work behind the bar, delivering fast service with personality, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and helping create memorable moments for every guest. We offer strong team culture, flexible incentives, paid breaks and rewards as part of our award-winning hospitality family.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced venue.
• Ability to craft signature cocktails with consistency.
• Strong guest interaction & energy behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails to guests.
• Maintain high energy and excellent service behind the bar.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked and compliant with hygiene standards.
