Kellan Group is seeking experienced Bartenders and Bar Staff to join our hospitality agency. Work at bars, hotels, festivals, and events with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

We value great customer service, fast service, and accuracy at tills. Ideal candidates have previous bartending experience and flexibility to work evenings and weekends across venues in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender/Bar Staff/Mixologist.
• Strong drinks service and bar operations knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Flexible evenings and weekend availability.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Operate tills and POS systems accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and keep the bar clean and organised.
• Follow licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Support the wider Front of House team during busy service periods.
