Key Responsibilities:

• Mixology Mastery: Craft visually stunning cocktails with inventive flavours that wow our guests.
• Guest Connection: Create connections with guests by offering cocktail recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Atmosphere Enhancement: Contribute to the vibrant atmosphere by engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences.
• Bar Brilliance: Keep our bar area sparkling clean and efficiently stocked, ensuring a seamless service flow.
• Inventory Ingenuity: Manage beverage inventory, place orders, and keep track of stock levels.
• Menu Magic: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative cocktail pairings that elevate our menu.
• Responsible Service: Adhere to all legal requirements for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a lively, upscale restaurant or bar.
• A passion for mixology, a knack for creativity, and a flair for showmanship.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a zest for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
• Must be of legal drinking age and meet all local legal requirements for bartenders.
