Job summary

The Light in the UK operates 14 locations and offers a unique immersive experience across cinema, bowling, karaoke and more. We are looking for a friendly, confident Bartender to join our team and help create a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests at the bar.

You’ll shake cocktails, pour pints, welcome guests, and work busy shifts while staying calm under pressure. This role is perfect for a team player who enjoys great drinks and great service.

Qualifications

• Experience working behind a bar or in a fast-paced hospitality setting (preferred).
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking to guests.
• Passionate about great drinks and great service.
• Comfortable working busy shifts and keeping calm under pressure.
• A team player who’s happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
