Job summary

Cosy Club Guildford is hiring a Bartender to join our lively team. You’ll rotate between barista duties and cocktail crafting, delivering warm, personalised service to guests in a dynamic, social setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old due to business nature.
• Experience as bartender or barista is advantageous.
• Friendly, guest-facing presence and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare drinks with care and speed.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Support bar team with setup, rotation and clean-down during shifts.
• Learn and create cocktails while maintaining high standards.

As our Bartender, one shift, you're a barista, the next, a cocktail connoisseur. Imagine the clinking of cups as you pour our guest's chosen tea and coffee order. Then, the anticipation as you build a new cocktail before keenly interested eyes - a cocktail our guest absolutely should try. That's just how we do it, and we always anticipate our guests' needs.

Each shift will provide variety, from being a brilliant barista to a cocktail connoisseur, you will raise the bar with your personality. You will be outgoing and enjoy engaging with our customers.
