We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. What you will be doing?

• Assist the bar team in organizing with the cleaning and setting up the bar and making sure that standards are maintained at all times
• Prepare the bar service, ensuring that all bar equipment's are readily available for bartenders that are on duty
• Regularly check the stock and the quality of the products that are used in the bar and keep a populate any tracker sheets
• Delivering world class cocktails and trying new recipes
• Keeping up to date with the menu and the latest cocktail / mocktail trends

We are looking for someone who…

• Experience in Mixology and ability to make sophisticated cocktails
