Cabana is the home of the mighty flame‑grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to Cabana specification
• Have a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their overall experience
• Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, following health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times
• Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently for transactions
• Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team
• Has a high level of organization in the workplace and strong management skills
• Are available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
• Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
