Job summary

Mm - Sites in London is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere, mix cocktails, and deliver high-quality drinks for guests. You will join a fast-paced hospitality team, craft beverages to recipes, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions.

In this role, you will maintain bar stock, uphold hygiene standards, assist with stock replenishment, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver smooth service while prioritising guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., responsible alcohol service) are a plus.

Responsibilities
