Job summary

JKS Restaurants is looking for a passionate Bartender for its high-volume venues. You will bring knowledge of beers, whisky and cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The role is ideal for someone with prior bartender experience in top restaurants or bars and a creative, detail-oriented approach. Growth opportunities exist within our ambitious, trend-setting restaurant group across the UK and internationally.

The Restaurant

Our largest restaurant opened in 2020, inspired by the scenic coastal journey from Colombo to the historic town of Galle. As a hub of travel and movement, Hoppers King's Cross is the biggest Hoppers venue with an iconic island bar and strong focus on drinks, outdoor dining and private events. The Position

The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Bartender will have:

• Prior experience as a Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
• Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
