Job summary

COSMO Authentic World Kitchen in the UK is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team, delivering high-energy beverage service and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, serving beer and wine, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments and managing tabs, while ensuring age checks and safety standards are followed. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will prepare and serve drinks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking IDs.
• Process payments accurately and manage tabs.
• Assist in opening and closing the bar, ensuring equipment is stored properly.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong cash handling and POS system experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for alcohol service.
