A luxury hotel group is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join their iconic Mandarin Bar team at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. The successful candidate will ensure the bar is clean, prepare and serve beverages, and manage guest interactions with professionalism. This role requires knowledge of cocktails and the ability to work flexibly across various shifts including weekends. As a Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Bartender candidate, you will have knowledge on cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
