What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and serve house and bespoke cocktails, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages using the appropriate garnish, to the required standard.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu and standard cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and champagnes, offering suggestions and recommendations as required.
• Manage and anticipate guest expectations to provide a personalised service.
• Maximise food and drink revenue by offering suggestions and recommendations to suit customers’ individual tastes.
• Receive and serve bar food orders in a timely manner from order to service at the Bar.
