Job summary

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Bartender to join our vibrant team. You’ll mix drinks, interact with guests, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy pub and brasserie atmosphere across our family of venues in the Heartwood portfolio.

We support your development through bespoke training, provide employee benefits, and offer flexible shifts. You must be over 18 to serve alcohol and bring a real passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, high-energy service.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Comfort handling payments and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve and urgently deliver drinks with flair to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth bar operation during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area.
