Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Barista Supervisor to join our tea and coffee team at Whitchurch Cardiff, CF14 2XJ. You will lead a small team, prepare specialty beverages, and ensure excellent customer service at the tills.

You will work with a supportive team to maintain high standards, manage stock, and help with promotions. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable; training provided.
• No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!)
• Preparing the number of sandwiches paninis and baguettes,
• cooking a small breakfast service then I was sixth forms
• Deliver excellent customer service andmaintainhigh standards
• Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning
• Maintainaccuraterecords and complete temperature checks
• Handle customer feedback and communicate with the cateringManaher
• Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
• Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end
