I am responsible for ensuring all drinks, cocktails, coffee and other beverages are freshly and correctly prepared, from the best quality ingredients and are presented to our customers on time with finesse. I have an excellent understanding of the drinks menu and I share my knowledge and passion of all drinks (showcasing the flavours and provenance of ingredients), engaging customer service and service standards with all my team and guests. I ensure that service is the primary focus at the bar at all times, and is not compromised.
