No previous experience is necessary; all we ask is that you have a passion for bringing joy to our customers. Working in a Starbucks store is unique—you'll create genuine moments of connection by crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers (getting to know their favorite drinks), and collaborating with your fellow partners.

• Supporting store procedures including opening or closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security
• Assisting during busy periods to keep the store running smoothly
• Getting to know your store environment and customers to anticipate their needs
• Creating a welcoming 'third place' environment during each shift
• Delivering legendary customer service with a 'customer comes first' attitude
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Providing quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently according to our standards

Our stores may have varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
