SSP Starbucks in Leeds Bradford Airport is hiring a Barista on a fixed-term contract through December 2026. The role involves delivering warm, friendly service across early and late shifts (2am–11pm), with a night bonus bringing pay to £14.05/h for eligible hours.

Join a fast-paced hospitality team and contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Applicants should have hospitality experience, be 18+, and able to obtain a Criminal Record Check.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• 18+ years of age or over to perform certain tasks and be able to sell/alcohol.
• Previous hospitality experience.

BARISTA – STARBUCKS, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Fixed term contracts until end of December 2026 available!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Shift pattern between 2am and 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Shifts may extend until the final flight departure, including during occasional flight delays.

ABOUT YOU:

• You buzz off working with people, staying active and having a laugh along the way.
• You’re positive, kind, and bring good energy to every shift.

• Due to some responsibilities within theBarista role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to sell and handle alcohol.
• You have previous hospitality experience.
