Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee in Windsor is seeking a Barista to deliver high-quality coffee, food, and customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will dial in espresso, create visually appealing latte art, and ensure a consistent guest experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication. Training is provided, with a focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make coffee and products, dial in espresso, pour latte art, serve food and drinks.
• Deliver friendly, memorable customer service to keep guests returning.
• Work quickly during peak times while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support Manager on Duty, train new baristas, and communicate clearly on shift.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand professionally.
• Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, and compliance checks.

We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Barista's with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.

What You'll Do

• Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
• Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Be a true team player - Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
• Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism.
• Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.
