Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Assistant/Barista to craft great coffee and deliver energising customer experiences in a fast-paced store setting. You’ll master our menu, maintain high standards, and keep the store clean and welcoming while working closely with a small, friendly team.

Shifts are flexible to suit both you and the store, with a night rate for late hours and a generous 50% discount on all Costa food and drinks.

Retail Operations - Store Assistant / Barista

At Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable experiences. As a Barista, you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit both your needs and the store’s.

Why Costa

£1 4 .12 – £1 5 .12 per hour . For hours worked between 11pm –5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.12 – £14.12. (location dependent)
