Job summary

Costa Coffee in Wales is seeking a Barista to deliver energising customer service and consistently great coffee. You’ll learn the Costa menu, maintain high standards and keep the store clean, welcoming, and efficient. A friendly, can-do attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

We value adaptability and accountability, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and colleagues. Flexible shifts and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, engaging personality with a passion for coffee.
• Willingness to learn Costa's menu and standards.
