• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships.
• Have previous experience in delivering high level of customer service.
• Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Have hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
• A great team player.

Location: OX5 1GN

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday, shifts may vary between 07:30am-5pm, flexibility is a must
