Job summary

Costa Coffee Havant is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll help open and close the store when needed and model reliability for the team.

You’ll train new Baristas, energize staff, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence, using resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly. A flexible, positive leader who can stay calm under pressure will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and flexible to open/close the store when the store manager is absent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
