Job summary

Costa Coffee in Crewe is seeking a Team Leader for the Grand Junction Retail Park location to lead and energise the store team on shift. You will train new Baristas, maintain high service and coffee standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with flexible weekend work.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative leaders who stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing conditions, delivering warm, confident leadership across all shifts.
