Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a driven Barista for Thornaby on a part-time basis (12 hours/week). You will prepare beverages, serve food, maintain a clean bar area and handle payments with care.

You will learn brewing methods, maintain stock, and represent the brand while complying with hygiene and safety standards. This role offers opportunities for progression within a global leader in foodservice.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-organised.
• Receive and process payments (cash and card).
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent the Compass brand and maintain a positive image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.
