The Genuine Dining Company is seeking a Barista/General Assistant to join its front-of-house team in Oxford. You will craft high-quality drinks, deliver exceptional service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests throughout fast-paced shifts.

As a hands-on team member, you will handle orders, payments, and stock while supporting colleagues to ensure a smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction every day.
