Job summary

Costa Coffee is looking for a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. You’ll serve great coffee, deliver an energising customer experience and master our menu.

We offer flexible shifts and a starting pay of £13.12–£14.12 per hour (location dependent), plus benefits such as a 50% discount on all food and drink in Costa-owned stores and a matched pension up to 10%. Costa also runs a Coca-Cola share scheme and a Financial Support Fund.
