Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Costa Barista at Peterborough Services, to deliver Costa’s coffee and customer service excellence. The role involves shifts between 6am and 10pm, with a mix of weekdays and weekends, at the A1(M) Junction 17 site in Peterborough.

You’ll help maintain brand standards and create memorable customer experiences. The role offers competitive hourly pay (£12.90ph) and opportunities for development, with benefits including bonuses and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Willingness to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
• Able to deliver friendly, quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade.
