Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a Barista at Cambridge Services, Junction of A14 and M11. The role offers 12.90 per hour with shifts from 6am to 10pm, including weekdays and weekends, in a fast-paced environment delivering Costa's coffee and exceptional customer service.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, prepare a range of drinks and toasties, and maintain brand standards while helping keep the store clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
