Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a motivated Barista to craft beverages and deliver excellent service in Northern Ireland. This part-time role is contracted to 16 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Hands-on with brewing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve quality coffee and related products.
• Keep the bar area clean and orderly.
• Process payments (cash and cards) efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates; assist with stock checks.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends and food presentation.
• Report maintenance needs of brewing equipment.
• Represent Northern Ireland and protect brand image.
• Adhere to Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
