Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Barista to craft drinks for Costa at its high street venues. The role is contracted to 16 hours per week with variable shifts, offering opportunities to progress within a company that rewards and recognises dedicated staff.

You will prepare drinks, handle payments, maintain a clean bar area, and learn brewing methods while representing Costa and upholding brand standards.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
