Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista at Chieveley Services, M4, near Hermitage. The role pays £12.90 per hour on a 35-hour contract with shifts Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm.

You’ll deliver Costa-quality coffee and customer service while upholding brand standards and supporting store readiness for the next day. Benefits include discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discounts up to 55%, sick pay, life assurance, development opportunities, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
