Job summary

Pret A Manger in Weybridge is looking for a Barista to join a busy shop team and deliver Barista prepared drinks to the Pret standard. You will be part of a team that ensures exceptional drinks quality and consistent service for every customer.

The role focuses on quality drinks, excellent service, and supporting back counter operations, cleanliness and training, ensuring customers receive the drinks they expect. You will also help with stock, health and safety, and promote Pret Buzz.

Responsibilities

• To make all Barista Prepared Drinks to Pret standards.
• To role model Coffee knowledge and to maintain an understanding about Pret’s Barista Prepared Drinks and standards.
• To be able to communicate with confidence key messages about Pret’s Barista Prepared Drinks and standards.
• To maintain milk quality and Coffee quality through tasting and weighing relevant Barista Prepared Drinks.
• To be responsible for the results of Coffee Confidence visits and the coffee sections of the Mystery Shopper and 3D Review.
• To role model Barista prepared drink standard updates and new product launches.
• To report any Barista prepared drink ingredient quality issues to your Manager.
