We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Waitress who can also step up as a Supervisor and Barista when needed. If you thrive in a busy environment, have great people skills, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient table service to all guests.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including quality barista coffee.
• Supervise shifts when required — ensuring smooth service, managing floor staff, and maintaining high standards.
• Handle cash and card payments using the till system.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support the team and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Waitress / Waiter, Barista, or Supervisor (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident in handling busy periods calmly and efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and leadership qualities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
