Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista to deliver energising customer experiences, master our menu, and keep the store welcoming and efficient. You’ll work with a team to ensure high standards and smooth operations while providing great service and a warm environment for customers.

Flexibility in shifts and a welcoming store culture are emphasised, with opportunities to engage in Costa's values and customer-centric approach as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Able to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
