Job summary

One Retail is recruiting a Barista in Taunton for a part-time role with 10 hours per week. You will craft drinks, serve customers and maintain cleanliness while handling payments and delivering first-class service.

The ideal candidate communicates well, has customer service experience and works proactively in a fast-paced environment. You will learn brewing methods and presentation techniques, support stock management, and uphold health and safety standards while representing a major High Street

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers

• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)

• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing a major High Street brand and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
