Job summary

EG Group’s Starbucks team in Kettering is seeking friendly Baristas to deliver great coffee and customer experiences. Full training is provided, and you’ll prepare iconic drinks while maintaining fast, welcoming service.

Flexible shifts around your availability, with a minimum of 8 hours per week, and access to learning libraries to grow your skills within a large global group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or barista roles is helpful but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.

£12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.00 per hour (Age 18–20) £8.05 per hour (Age 16–17)

What You’ll Be Doing
