Job summary

The Berkeley Scott Group is seeking experienced Baristas for weekday daytime shifts across Central London. Ideal for Baristas, Coffee Baristas, Café Baristas and Specialty Coffee Baristas with experience using manual espresso machines.

Roles are offered in Central London venues with a pay rate of £14.00–£14.80 per hour depending on venue, and Monday to Friday daytime shifts. Regular weekday hospitality work and flexible hours are highlighted as part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven Barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Confident using manual espresso machines.
• Knowledge of coffee grinding, espresso extraction and milk texturing.
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
